The award covers full tuition fees, a tax-free stipend at the enhanced UELA London rate (UELA sets this £1,500 above the normal UKRI London-weighted rate and expects at least ~£23k+/year in 2026/27, with annual increases), and a personal Research Training Support Grant (RTSG) for training, travel, data, and conferences. Project focus: You will model multi-modal transport in large cities (underground, bus, cycling, walking) as an interconnected graph under extreme heat.
